Here are 10-minute breakfast ideas for you:

Hard-boiled Eggs

My go-to breakfast is hard-boiled eggs. It is very convenient and so easy to take on the go. Another option is to cook them in advance or purchase already boiled. So you can have them ready throughout the week.

Hard-boiled Eggs

Here's a simple trick when boiling eggs:

  • 4 minutes for a runny yolk and lightly set white

  • 5 minutes for a gooey yolk and firm white

  • 6 minutes for lightly soft yolk hard-boiled white

  • 8 minutes for firmly hard-boiled

Let the eggs cool down before eating them on their own or adding them to other foods (like salads for lunch).

Toast

The second option is toast if you're not a huge fan of hard-boiled eggs. All you need to do is to put it in the toaster while you're doing something else.

Greek Yogurt with berries

This is another option if you have no time to spare in the morning for breakfast. Grab your plain Greek yogurt and add some fresh (or frozen) berries from the fridge. This is another easy-to-eat portable breakfast option.

Berries contain a lot of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. On the other hand, plain Greek yogurt is a good source of protein.
