Here are 10-minute breakfast ideas for you:
Hard-boiled Eggs
My go-to breakfast is hard-boiled eggs. It is very convenient and so easy to take on the go. Another option is to cook them in advance or purchase already boiled. So you can have them ready throughout the week.
Here's a simple trick when boiling eggs:
4 minutes for a runny yolk and lightly set white
5 minutes for a gooey yolk and firm white
6 minutes for lightly soft yolk hard-boiled white
8 minutes for firmly hard-boiled
Let the eggs cool down before eating them on their own or adding them to other foods (like salads for lunch).
Benefits of eating hard-boiled eggs for breakfast [1]:
They boost your immunity
They are low in calories
They support eye health
They are part of a heart health diet
It is an excellent source of protein
Toast
The second option is toast if you're not a huge fan of hard-boiled eggs. All you need to do is to put it in the toaster while you're doing something else.
Here are some healthy toast ideas you can make:
Strawberry, Avocado, and White Cheddar
Peach and Flax Seed
Banana, Nut Butter, and Berries
Avocado and Chickpea
Banana, Granola, and Honey
Tuna, Avocado, and Tomato
Avocado, Kale, and Radish
You can experiment with your toast. Look for whatever is on your fridge. Just make sure that it will give you the energy you need for the day.
Greek Yogurt with berries
This is another option if you have no time to spare in the morning for breakfast. Grab your plain Greek yogurt and add some fresh (or frozen) berries from the fridge. This is another easy-to-eat portable breakfast option.
Berries contain a lot of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. On the other hand, plain Greek yogurt is a good source of protein.
What foods go well with Greek yogurt?
Here are some Greek yogurt toppings you can add aside from berries for extra variety.
Banana
Chia Seeds
Toasted Nuts
Dates
Raisins
Walnuts
Pumpkin seeds

Smoothie
My final and personal favorite option is a smoothie. They are easy to make, and they have the ability to be bursting with nutrition and flavor.
A smoothie is not the quickest option if you don't plan. You can prepare in advance by putting everything in a baggie and freezing it. By morning, you can blend it with your favorite liquid base.

Pre-made smoothies are available in the market as well. Remember to always check the label for sugar content and additives when using it as a meal. Make sure to include protein and healthy fat!

Why is breakfast important?
Morning meals jump-start your metabolism and help you burn calories throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work (bye-bye brain fog). That is why it's so important to start every morning with a healthy breakfast.
